Developer to secure council permit and pricing issued to buyers along with floor plans, brochure and all marketing material. This is where we finalise group size and pre-negotiate group deal.

September 2024
Each buyer to secure their chosen apartment with a $2k holding deposit. Once secured, a contract will be issued to each individual buyer for signing. Each buyer is required to pay a 10% deposit to exchange their contract and formally purchase their property.

Our group of 100 buyers will have early access to our latest Brisbane project development for a range of 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments. These apartments will be available off-the-plan and secured with a $2,000 reservation fee. The expected completion for this development project is Mid-2026 therefore a 10% deposit is all that is required between now and then to buy in.
For a group size of 100 buyers we will have maximum buying power when it comes time to negotiating pricing with our developer. In addition to early-bird pricing, our group will give us the ability to negotiate "group" pricing as well as other perks such as a rental guarantee to further safeguard our individual purchases.
GroupBuyer is 100% free for buyers. Unlike buyers agents, we don't charge you $20,000 or more for the service we offer. We are paid by the property developer only upon successful delivery of a group deal. So at GroupBuyer, we're here to amplify your savings, not add to your costs.
We'll be sad for you, but that's life. We'll replace you with another buyer in our group to keep our numbers high and our negotiating power strong.
